You’re Not Missing Something. You’re Missing the Right Guide: The OBI Difference

You’re Not Missing Something. You’re Missing the Right Guide: The OBI Difference

You didn’t choose dentistry to feel uncertain.

You entered this profession to make a difference, to deliver care that lasts, to solve complex problems, and to restore health in a way that is meaningful and predictable. But somewhere along the way, the cases became more complicated. Wear. Dysfunction. Instability. Airway concerns. Failing restorations.

You’ve taken CE. You’ve studied protocols. You’ve worked hard.

And yet, some cases still leave you wondering: What am I missing?

At OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry®, we believe you’re not missing talent. You’re not missing dedication. You’re simply missing the right guide.

The Problem Isn’t You. It’s the Framework.

Too much dental education focuses on isolated techniques or single-tooth solutions. But the human chewing system is not isolated. It is a coordinated relationship between joints, muscles, teeth, and airway.

Without a biologic framework, even excellent dentistry can feel unpredictable.

That’s where OBI is different.

We teach you how to diagnose from a stable condylar position and understand the chewing system the way it was designed to function. You learn to see the root causes behind wear, dysfunction, and instability, not just the symptoms.

When diagnosis becomes clear, treatment planning becomes confident.

When treatment planning becomes confident, outcomes become predictable.

Real Patients. Real Mentorship. Real Confidence.

At OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry®, you don’t sit in a lecture hall and hope it translates into practice.

You complete and present real patient cases from your own practice. You integrate the restorative techniques you’ve gathered throughout your career and apply them through guided Bioesthetic principles.

This is not theory. This is transformation.

Every student is paired with a mentor who walks with them from diagnosis to case presentation. In addition, you are assigned an Angel — someone you can call when you feel uncertain, someone who ensures you are never lost or alone.

With a 4-to-1 student-to-faculty ratio, you receive real coaching, real feedback, and real growth.

We don’t just deliver information.
We build clinicians.

A Community That Stays With You

OBI is not a course you take and move on from.

It is a lifelong professional home.

Our alumni, faculty, and Academy members continue to collaborate, present cases, audit programs, and gather annually. The principles become your north star, guiding you through complex decisions long after graduation.

When you complete the 400 Series and experience the “mountaintop,” you don’t walk away alone. You step into a lifelong network of support, shared purpose, and biologic clarity.

Our Promise to You

We know investing your time and trust is not a small decision.

That’s why our promise is simple:

You are the hero of this journey.

We are here to guide you.

That is the OBI difference.

About OBI’s Curriculum

The Core Curriculum of Dental Bioesthetics is a comprehensive, multi-level educational pathway designed to guide dentists and laboratory technicians from foundational diagnosis to advanced full-mouth rejuvenation.

The journey begins with the 100 Course, introducing the three foundational principles of Bioesthetics and the biologic model of the human chewing system. From there, students progress through the 200 Series (Diagnosis and Stabilization for Condylar Health), the 300 Series (Minimally Invasive Treatment of Unstable Occlusions), and the 400 Series (Diagnosis and Treatment of Severely Damaged Orognathic Systems). The 1000 Series International Fellowship Program further expands the learning experience.

Every graduate completes and presents two patient cases from their own practice, a requirement that sets OBI apart from every other continuing education program in dentistry.

Complementing the Core Curriculum is OBI’s Lab Curriculum (Series 600 and 700), which focuses on the biologic model and functional morphology of the stomatognathic system. Through wax-ups, morphology training, and comprehensive functional morphing, dentists and technicians learn to restore natural relationships with precision and predictability.

Together, these programs form a complete educational pathway rooted in biologic truth, hands-on mentorship, and clinical excellence.
