Terms of Service

If a participant has to cancel their registration or modify registration for an OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry course, lecture, or event more than 60 days prior to the start date, upon request, a refund will be provided to the registrant less a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If the request is less than 60 days prior to the start date, no refunds will be issued.

Upon registering for a course, the individual acknowledges that the participation is limited and accepts responsibility for the entire tuition whether they attend all sessions or not.

OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In the event of such a cancellation, full tuition will be refunded.

OBI Foundation is an ADA CERP recognized provider.  ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education.  ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.  Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/cerp.   OBI Foundation designates hours per day of instruction in continuing education credits based on specific course, lecture or event.
