Lab Curriculum: The Biological Model – Function of the Stomatognathic System

Designed for both dental professionals and technicians, this program teaches how to restore biologic form through wax-ups and lab-based restoration planning. Any change of tooth morphology through processes of wear, the placement of direct or indirect restorations, or orthodontic treatment may cause a dysfunctional change in the masticatory system. During the curriculum Function and Morphology, dental technicians and dentists learn how to achieve or re-establish natural dental relationships using a functional wax-up. Pre-requisite for those wanting to start their Bioesthetics® continuing education with Function and Morphology is OBI’s 200 Series.

OBI's Lab Curriculum consists of
Series 600 & Series 7000
